Kale kicked off his journey with Kearney Group back in 2010 as an accounting and tax graduate. Today, he’s one of the Integrated Advice Partners in our Business Advisory team.

As an Adviser, Kale is dedicated to helping clients chase down their dreams.

Whether he’s diving into forecasts, evaluating tax strategies or optimising your structure, Kale thrives on turning data into actionable insights.

He’s also one of our resident strategy evangelists and enjoys helping small businesses transform through our flagship Ko-Lab Business Strategy Program.

Kale has also played a key role in the design of our Integrated Advice experience, helping us address the challenges faced by businesses and their connected households.

A strong advocate for continuous learning and development, Kale is always exploring new ideas through books, podcasts, and innovative practices. He’s a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from RMIT.
