Meet Jane Vanden Boom: Manager of Business Networks & Commons at Kearney Group, and a connector and catalyst behind our corporate strategy.

Jane has been an integral part of our team since 2016 and brings over 25 years of experience in business operations, systems, and projects to her dynamic role.

At Kearney Group, Jane’s been a driving force behind the development, design and the on-the-ground delivery of our Integrated Advice model. 

From designing our “Commons” to coordinating our Client Support Services team, Jane is a vital link between client experience and service delivery, seamlessly connecting technology, people and processes.

She holds a Bachelor in Social Science: Information Management (Systems) from The University of Melbourne. Jane’s career has taken her through government, health, education and small business roles, always working at the heart of technology, process, and systems.

Jane thrives on human connection, getting outdoors and staying active. You’ll often find her (court/field/river)side championing the health, community and connective benefits of sport. Her vibrant energy and passion for both work and play make Jane an indispensable part of Kearney Group.
