Welcome to Kearney Group Abbotsford.

Kearney Group is pleased to announce the opening of its new Melbourne headquarters—an exciting milestone that reflects both the evolution of our business and the next chapter in our 40-year journey.

After four years in Fitzroy, we’re returning to Abbotsford: a place that shaped so much of who we are. And as we step into this new era, we’re not just moving into any old office – we’re creating a purpose-built home designed for a new era of connection, collaboration, and genuinely great client experiences.

From 5 January 2026, you’ll find us at:

Level 7, 20 Mollison Street, Abbotsford VIC 3067.

Fitzroy helped us navigate great change.

When we first stepped into our Fitzroy co-working space, the world was recalibrating. Covid had reshaped how we live, work, and connect – forever – and our clients needed support more than ever.

Fitzroy gave us flexibility and safety. It gave us stable ground when the world felt unsteady. It gave us room to experiment with new rhythms of work and connection.

For us, hybrid work didn’t stop once lockdowns did. It’s now part of who we are. We’ve seen how flexibility improves wellbeing, strengthens our team, and delivers meaningful benefits to you, our clients. That’s not changing.

That said, people are seeking deeper connection again: in-person conversations and collaborative spaces that feel energising, not improvised. That’s what our return to Abbotsford is all about.

Designed for connection. Built with community.

Kearney Group’s new Abbotsford office has been purpose-built for deep collaboration – more meeting rooms, warmer hosting spaces, and a layout that makes it easy to sit together, talk, sketch, think, plan and dream.

And just as special is who we’re building it with.

We’re proud to be partnering with the clients, creatives, and friends who’ve played a part in our story for years:

  • Self-titled’s Jake Smallman is helping us craft spaces that feel authentic, comfortable, and unmistakably us.
  • Kevin Drake, a long-time friend and client, has created our entrance signage—bringing care, craft, and personality to the moment you step inside.
  • Sprout Coffee is supplying sustainable, certified Fairtrade coffee and tea, and running closed-loop recycling and composting systems that ensure our coffee packaging and grounds find new life in local gardens and community projects.
  • Our walls will feature works from some truly incredible artists we’ve been honoured to support over the past few years. You’ll also spot beautifully crafted ceramics that will make shared moments and morning tea even better. More to come on these exciting details soon – we promise.

This is a home infused with the work and craft of our community—people we know, trust, and admire.

40 years in and we’re planting new roots.

Kearney Group’s return to Abbotsford feels a little like coming home – just with a renewed purpose. And as our practice steps into our forties, this move is an invitation to plant deeper roots, look ahead, and build something enduring.

We can’t wait to welcome clients, partners, and our broader community into a space that reflects who we are today and who we’re becoming next.

For now, we’re excited. Energised. And incredibly grateful to be continuing this journey with you.

The best is absolutely ahead.
