Since 1986, Kearney Group has been shaking up financial services for pioneering businesses and busy households.

What started out as a 1-man (tax) band, has grown to a team of 85+ professionals, dreamers, doers and visionaries – all working collaboratively across our award-winning Private Wealth, Business Advisory and Strategic Lending services.

What are Kearney Group’s office hours?

Our office phones are answered:

9am – 5pm from Monday through Friday.

Can I catch public transport?

Kearney Group’s office is well serviced by public transport, including Metro trains, trams and bus lines.

Train.
Our office is located between Collingwood Station (8 min walk) and North Richmond Station (10 min walk).

Tram.
Access our space via Stop #20 Lennox St / Victoria St (5 min walk) which services the 109 / 12 trams.

Bus.
The closest bus stops are on Langridge St/Hoddle St (7 min walk) and Nicholson St / Johnston St (10 min walk).

Is there good car parking?

Allow time.

Parking in the area can be popular at certain times of day, so we recommend allowing a bit of extra time to find a spot.

I’ve arrived for a meeting, now what?

On arrival for your appointment, enter the Craftworks lobby via Mollison Street and take the north-side elevator to Level 7

Walk through the glass doors into our welcome area and we’ll be notified as soon as you arrive.

Is Kearney Group’s office accessible and inclusive?

At Kearney Group, we are committed to ensuring that our clients and visitors are comfortable, and our spaces are inclusive and accessible for all.

Wheelchair access.

If you use a wheelchair, you can access all our spaces.

Accessible parking is available close to our entrance. Please see our parking map for more information.

Our building is equipped with automatic doors and accessible lifts, meeting rooms, toilets, and trip facilities.

Toilet facilities.

We’re an inclusive space and respect all bodies, gender expressions and abilities.

Our building is equipped with wheelchair accessible toilets, gender neutral toilets and baby-change facilities.

Guide dogs and assistance animals.

Registered Guide Dogs and assistance animals are welcome throughout the building and in all appointments.

Sensory support.

Most meetings with us are calm and relaxed by design, but if you need a quieter, lower-sensory environment, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please contact us to discuss your needs ahead of time.

Families and Primary Carers.

We believe great financial advice shouldn’t compete with your caring responsibilities.

Babies, kids and prams are always welcome at Kearney Group.

We are a breastfeeding-friendly space and baby change facilities are available. Please let us know how we can support your family during your visit.

Does Kearney Group take walk-in appointments?

To make sure you’re meeting with the right advisers and making the most of our time together, appointments must be booked in advance.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you’re a current client, appointments can be easily rescheduled through your Konsole account.

You’re also welcome to contact us directly and we can help you find a new time that works.

What is Konsole?

Konsole is Kearney Group’s secure client portal.

Think of it as your one place for documents, meetings, payments and communication. It keeps everything centralised, simple and ensures your information stays protected.

With Konsole you can:

  • Upload and download sensitive documents securely
  • Digitally sign tax returns, financial statements and authorisations 
  • Book and manage appointments 
  • Update your data in one central location
  • View and pay invoices
  • Track subscriptions (things like Xero)

Once you come on board, we’ll help you set up your account.

Is Konsole Secure?

Keeping safe and secure with Konsole.

Konsole has been built to the highest security standards. It uses bank-level encryption and is protected by layers of permissions and authorities.

In short: it’s much safer than sending your financial plan or tax return to your letterbox or sharing sensitive information by email.

Hijacking, not hacking.

Put simply: the biggest security risk to Konsole isn’t hacking — it’s hijacking.

Where hackers target a system, hijackers target your account because they’ve managed to access your password.

Most hijacks happen because of human behaviour: clicking on suspicious links, reusing the same password across different accounts, or choosing something easy to guess — like birthdays or kids’ names.

Hijack-proof your password habits.

The good news? You can dramatically improve your digital security and reduce your risk of hijacking with simple password habits:

  • Use a password manager like LastPass to generate and store strong, truly random passwords.
  • Protect your password manager with a strong master password – or better yet, use a Passphrase. Passphrases are easier to remember AND more secure.
  • Never share your passwords with anyone.

Remember: We will never ask for your passwords, banking logins, or credit card info by email, social media, or phone. Keeping them private is the easiest way to stay secure.
