With over a decade of experience in professional services, Rachael has built her career around understanding what makes businesses thrive — combining deep technical expertise with a genuine curiosity for the people, purpose and strategy behind the numbers.

Before joining Kearney Group, Rachael moved beyond traditional advisory roles to become Finance & Impact Manager for a purpose-led organisation tackling the global challenge of plastic packaging. Working inside a growing sustainability-focused business gave her first-hand insight into the realities of scaling an organisation — balancing commercial performance, operational complexity and impact objectives.

At Kearney Group, Rachael combines her professional advisory expertise and real-world business experience to help clients dig deeper into their numbers, unlocking the insights needed to make better decisions and build stronger foundations for growth. For Rachael, finance is more than reporting on the past — it’s a tool to shape the future, creating happier people, healthier businesses and lasting value beyond the numbers.

Rachael is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, Finance and Financial Planning, from Deakin University.
