At the Kearney Group, we’re always on the lookout for the industry’s best and brightest. To this end, we run our annual Graduate Program to uncover and then employ the top young talent Australian universities have to offer.
We recognise that even without experience in the industry, graduates have a lot to offer to our firm. We know you bring fresh ideas, cutting-edge skills and stacks of enthusiasm.
Because we’re committed to providing development opportunities and a wide-range of professional pathways within our business, we know that coming to the Kearney Group could be the beginning of your life-long career. To this end, we’re always keeping our eyes peeled for future leaders of our practice.
Not only will you need to demonstrate strong academic results and solid technical abilities, you’ll need to be able to communicate with confidence and get along well with our team.
Successful Graduates will be motivated self-starters who demonstrate a clear understanding of our firm and share our overarching corporate objectives, professional standards and the values that underpin our work.
You may apply for our Graduate Program if you are completing your final year of a relevant university degree and have the legal right to work in Australia.
What Education Will You Require?
Though the specific requirements of our vacancies may vary, as a general rule, we look for these minimum qualifications when recruiting new Graduates:
Accounting & Tax |
|
Financial Planning |

What is the Application Process Like?
Our Graduate Program opens annually in February/ March.
The Program is widely advertised through online job sites, local universities and on our website’s Careers page.
Our HR team reviews all complete applications submitted by our stated deadline. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we kindly request that you refrain from contacting us during the selection process.
Interviews take place over two or three stages during which you will meet with various members of our firm. Should our HR team wish to schedule an interview with you, they will be in touch.
Traditionally, successful applicants will begin employment with our practice upon completion of their degree, in the following January or February. However, a mid-year intake may be considered for exceptional candidates who have fast-tracked their studies.
